Kokatat Women's Helix Kayak Drytop - With styling cues from the Rogue, and benefiting from the excellent value of Tropos waterproof/breathable fabric, the Helix is an excellent value in a drytop. A customized urethane coating is applied to the multi-ply nylon outer shell. This micro-porous coating contains millions of pores small enough to prevent water droplets from entering, while still allowing moisture vapor to escape to the outside of the garment. This provides the same level of waterproof protection paddlers have come to expect while greatly increasing the breathability of the garment. All seams are factory sealed, and latex gaskets at the neck and wrists further reduce water entry. Superstretch neoprene self-draining cuffs protect the gaskets from abrasion and UV exposure. The double-tunnel waist with dual adjustable closures will seal with either a spray skirt, or the Kokatat Whirlpool Bibs to create a dry system.
